We use heart rate monitors in our conditioning classes to make sure you’re training at the appropriate intensities. We alternate daily between endurance days at a lower intensities and power output days at higher intensities so that you can train daily without overtraining or burning out.
Our strength classes incorporate elements of strongman, powerlifting, bodybuilding, Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics strength training, and weighted mobility into one class. This versatile combination gives you a good-looking and good-feeling body, capable of moving heavy stuff at any age and making you generally harder to kill.
Dedicated mobility programs enhance your capacity for movement and safeguard you against injury. Our mobility training methods are rooted in the most current science and utilized by a handful of the best gyms and professional sport team trainers around the world.
If you expect to see and feel the best results from your training, fixing your food is a must. Because this step is so critical, your membership will include access to weekly nutrition classes. We offer additional nutrition coaching programs for those that would like a little extra support and accountability.
